How many fighters weren’t drug tested at UFC 186?

It was just a few months ago when Lorenzo Fertitta said the following:

“The UFC will immediately advocate to all commissions to test every fighter, in competition, from every card. We want 100-percent of the fighters tested. If there is additional cost associated with that outside of any state or federation budget, we will pay for any additional cost required.”

And yet, that doesn’t seem to be happening. We don’t want to pile on with bad PR on the heels of the Jon Jones hit and run, but it’s concerning that after UFC 186, a fighter has come out saying he wasn’t tested. Who else wasn’t tested?

The UFC is really looking like the UFC right now, just in concentrated form. Why did this happen? How could this happen?

When will the sport we love become an actual sport not run by greedy fools?
