Josh Adams debuts the Superman Without Superpowers Punch

“Punch THROUGH your target,” his instructor said.  “Not AT your target.”

Yes, it made sense.  After all, that first moment of contact between glove and chin was just the beginning.  His opponent’s face was like the foyer of a grand ballroom.  And somewhere deep inside his adversary’s skull, millions of potentially punch-drunk neurons were ready to join hands in a synchronized dance of pain.

And so, Josh Adams ran like a bolt, weight forward, throwing Gatling gun super punches at a space three inches behind his opponent’s skull.  Then he got clocked with a quick kryptonite left hook, rethought his standup theory for a millisecond, and flew like a powerless Clark Kent into the forgiving arms of an epic fail YouTube video.
