Well, this Dojo Storm went horribly wrong

I love the idea of Dojo Storms, if only because they remind me of Halo 2. Ahhh yes, those were the days of online gaming for me. Dojo Storms are the equivalent of clan battles in video games. Who doesn’t remember the days of team hardcore on lockout. Or FFA on midship? If you really think about it, the similarities are abundant. You gather your best players/fighters up, you challenge an opponent to a battle and if they decline they’ll look weak.

There needs to be more of this in MMA. Imagine if BTT and Chute Boxe just ended up playing a few games of Halo 2 to settle their differences? That would’ve killed any tension between the two because at the end of the day, when you do battle in Halo 2, you’ve went through something. Something that normal people don’t understand, you gain a respect for your fellow combatants. Maybe if these two went one on one in Halo 2, everyone would’ve stayed conscious.
