Dong Hyun Kim may have just pulled off the most incredible troll job in Brazil at UFC Fight Night 29, and if we spoke Korean we would undoubtedly ask him about it.
People are going to focus on Kim grabbing on to the cage the same round he knocked out Erick Silva, leading some to believe that without the fence grab he would have never been able to finish Silva. That’s just a pretty pessimistic way to look at your universe, folks. Kim KOd Silva because he wildly swung and landed an extraordinary left hook — or was it an overhand left? It’s pretty hard to tell since Kim slightly dips his head while he throws it.
People also fail to realize that Erick Silva grabbed the fence with far more frequency than Dong Hyun Kim — and it didn’t really put him into an advantageous position.
