Anthony Pettis is the NEW UFC lightweight champion in a flawless victory over Ben Henderson

Wow.

Anthony Pettis defeated Ben Henderson at UFC 164 absolutely eliminates the need for a third match, but we all know we’re going to see it. It’s like when Big Nog fought Fedor three times in Pride FC when he was dominated in every bout.

Quick question, which will we see first: Chael Sonnen vs. Anderson Silva III or Ben Henderson vs. Anthony Pettis III?

Anthony Pettis just did what all Ben Henderson’s seven opponents in the UFC couldn’t do. Bendo hasn’t lost to a fighter not named Anthony Pettis in over six years. In fact he only lost to one person besides Anthony Pettis, and it was this guy in March 31st 2007. Seriously, Ben Henderson really lost to that guy. His name is Rocky Johnson and he has a record of 17-12 — and he’s still fighting.

The point I’m trying to make is Ben Henderson should have never put his hair in cornrows. That curly hair was his Infinity Gauntlet.

Massive props to Anthony Pettis on one of the slickest arm bars I’ve ever seen in a UFC title bout. Thanks to Zprophet for the .gif.

And let’s not forget this amazing array of kicks.
