When you construct something inside your house and call it the ‘octobar,’ you’re pretty much sending a resounding message to everyone that it would just be silly to watch any UFC event anywhere besides your place. Just a good place to watch the fights that took 3 years to put together, not quite finished, but very close. This is my first video and will likely be my last – as you can see, I am no pro, I really just wanted to put something together for the guys that contributed to the room.
Quick estimate, how much do you think this guy sunk into making the greatest UFC man cave in the history of UFC man caves? Including the television, I’m estimating about $18,000 – $20,000. Just look at all that custom work — the coffee table! Props to @LorikR16 for the find.
