Watch this guy get knocked out so hard that he starts shivering

We’ve all heard of ‘being knocked out cold,’ but at K-1 Rising in Los Angeles, Romie Adanza was knocked out freezing. It was as if Wentz Shuichi trained with Sub-Zero and the rest of the Lin Kuei clan in order to pull off one move that would make the entire Netherrealm proud. That reference can only be understood by my fellow Generation Y readers that sacrificed an innumerable amount of time saving their quarters to slay random kids in arcades while their mom went grocery shopping.

It’s pretty pitiful that as of this millennium, and entire generation of kids will grow up without even knowing the allure of a glowing arcade cabinet. Back in those days, anonymous gaming smack talk was nonexistent. Kids placed their quarter up on the ridge of the cabinet, and then patiently waited until it was their turn to — my god, I just realized that I’m turning into one of those old bitter guys that preface every conversation with ‘Well, back in my day…’ I’ll stop and just let you guys watch this K-1 knockout in which Wentz Shuichi hits Romie Adanza so hard that he starts to shiver.
