Anderson Silva wants to compete in Tae-Kwon-Do at the 2016 Olympics in Rio

There was a really cool video that I wanted to include in this article, but my ripping capacity hasn’t advanced to that level yet. I still need to invest more skill points into that talent tree. With enough hard work, I will level up high enough to increase my attributes and unlock that ability. In the meantime, I’ll just sit around and carefully place Elmer’s glue on the tip of my fingers so I can have something to peel off later.

This week on an episode of SporTV’s ‘Bem Amigos,’ which (according to Sherdog’s Paulo F) is a round-table show that has a panel of various athletes and figures in the sports world discussing virtually everything that is huge is Brazil. Anderson revealed to the panel that he tried to compete in the 2012 London Olympics in Tae-Kwon-Do but it just didn’t work out for the UFC middleweight champion this year. He also mentioned that wants to compete in the 2016 Olympics in Rio.

“I have a 4th degree belt in TKD, and even though I’ll be 41, I really think I could do well at Rio 2016”.

If anyone out there can understand Portuguese, I’m sure there’s more to be obtained from the actual show than just these college-level cliff notes, so check out full video here. Also, if someone knows the secret of embedding the previously linked video, then they can be MiddleEasy queen/king of the day. It comes with a commemorative cup. Good luck.

Update: And it looks like Brazil’s Vinicius Almeida is the MiddleEasy king of the day. Nice. Check out the clip below.
