Fedor has returned to a playground to train for his fight with Pedro Rizzo

Working out in state-of-the-art gyms is overrated.  Fedor amassed a decade-long record of dominance using nothing more than some spare tires and a swingset.  While most fighters are using all that fancy equipment in the UFC, they could have accomplished the same results with some sidewalk chalk and a seesaw.  The Western world is doomed when it comes to playground conditioning.  In fact, when Fedor trained for his fights like everyone else, he lost three straight fights in Strikeforce.  Luckily for all of us, Fedor has returned to the playground, one with tennis courts and all sorts of familiar toys to play with.  We even found this video of Fedor of him preparing for his upcoming fight with Pedro Rizzo, and while he looks like he may have put on some weight, that’s Fedor’s optimal shape for heavyweight dominance.
